This document sets out all legal terms and rules for using the uubd5 platform. Please read it in full before using the service.

These terms apply to the uubd5 website, mobile platform and all related services. This includes casino games, sports betting, fishing games and all other gaming activities.
Right to Modify Terms

Account Registration and Management

2.4 — Closing an Account
You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Withdraw any eligible remaining balance before closing. Likewise, uubd5 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or for legal reasons.

The account name and payment method name must match. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour. In special circumstances where verification is required, it may take longer.
3.3 — Withdrawal Process
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. If fraudulent activity is suspected, uubd5 may delay or reject the withdrawal.
3.4 — Currency
All transactions on uubd5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency conversion facility is currently available.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members on uubd5 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means withdrawals can be made after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.
Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns you a ৳1,200 bonus. You must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing.
4.2 — General Bonus Terms
- A user may claim any one promotion only once.
- Bonuses may only be used on games approved by uubd5.
- Wagering requirements also apply to winnings earned using a bonus.
- uubd5 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.
4.3 — VIP Program
uubd5's VIP program has five tiers, and a weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression is based on playing activity and history. uubd5 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
Game Rules and Fair Play
5.1 — Fair Play Policy

5.2 — Technical Errors

Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 — Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between the user and uubd5. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this agreement.
11.2 — Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The invalid part will be replaced with the most enforceable interpretation possible under applicable law.
11.3 — Language
The Bengali version of these terms is authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
11.4 — Effective Date of Terms
These terms and conditions are effective from January 2026. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication, and the version published on the website is the latest and authoritative one.
